The class that started it all. A Jump Rope interval class starting from the basics and including some agility and speed drills.

This a mix of jump rope skills with general fitness and we finish with some single and double dutch at the end to cool down.

So a HIIT version of our popular class, this 30 minute class was intended for those more experienced jumpers who can that rope fast and want to shed some pounds.

We take some basic jump rope moves, turn the volume up and then put in some high intensity bodyweight exercises with shorter rest between intervals. See if you can survive the 30 minutes.

Started in 2015, BoxJump catered to the boxing crowd by creating a unique class where we incorporated jump rope, boxing and calisthenics into one workout.

3 stations where participants alternate between each a round (2 minutes each) on padwork , jump rope and a series of bodyweight exercises.

This has been a big hit and is great for all abilities and levels.

So DanceJump was created in 2015 in response to people wanting to learn some of the tricks we would display in classes. We didn’t realise there was a market for learning this so created this class.

A bit more advanced although the hand manipulations can be learned by beginners.

So we take a snippet of a popular song or music (or sometimes a medley) and create a unique jump rope routine around this.

JumpTricks was launched in 2017.

I would sometimes warm up during sessions by using a few hand manipulations and do a few tricks with the rope.

People were fascinated and for those more advanced jump rope practitioners, I created this class to go over the more complicated single moves and how to create a routine.
