Our most popular course, Jump Like a Boxer was the first course we launched and has proved to still hold up 9 years later.

Coming from boxing backgrounds, that’s how our instructors got into jump rope and the boxer step has been a staple.

Learn the techniques to jump like Floyd Mayweather, Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson, leaving you with more than enough steps to create a highlight reel video of epic movements.

Learning Objectives/Outcomes

By the end of the course, you will be be able to:

  • Learn all the techniques that traditionally make up the boxer step and it’s variations.
  • Put a routine together
  • Jump for at least 3 minutes continuously
  • Understand the mechanics of a double under and crossovers and be competent in performing these
  • Able to switch between movements

Who is this for?

  • Should be able to do the basic bounce and the running step – check here for what these are
  • Those who have completed jump start and want to delve into greater detail on the boxer step
  • Beginners are welcome although they may struggle initially.
  • If you have any injuries that would prevent you from jumping, then please consider this before signing up

What do I need to bring?

  • Jump rope if you have one. If not, can borrow one of ours or buy one from our range
  • Bring some water with you as there will be a lot of jumping
  • That’s it!


  • 2 days (1 weekend – Saturday & Sunday)
  • 2 hours per session for 4 hours of training
