Our weekly courses running every Tuesday at 7pm in East London.
Jump rope has proven to be a very effective workout for burning fat and developing biomotor abilities such as strength, speed, agility and coordination. Join the original jump rope class in London while getting fit and having fun.

Class structure:
The class is made up of intervals of approximately 2 minutes each.
There is a a joint mobility and dynamic warmup component, followed up by a basic jump rope tutorial before heading into the main workout composed of intervals of skipping with bodyweight exercises, drills and group exercises and games. Each interval will focus on developing different abilities which you will see improve as you progress in each class.

Do whatever you can at your own pace. Alternatives and regressions will be suggested if you’re not comfortable doing certain movements.

Equipment and facilities:
Jump ropes are provided if you don’t have your own or would like to use one of ours. Please let us know through this group if you’re bringing your own so we can arrange accordingly.
